Reading the counter and one trial reset to 85% are free, so you can see the tool work on your printer before paying.
When we refund
- A key that fails on a supported printer: we help you first. If we cannot make it work, we refund that key.
- Printers with a maintenance box: the tool cannot reset them. If you bought a key for one by mistake, we refund it.
- Used keys that worked: not refundable.
How to ask
Email [email protected] or message us on WhatsApp with the email you paid with and your printer model. Refunds go back through Gumroad to your original payment method. A refunded key stops working.
