- Pressing Reset without a key now goes straight to the key screen. The free trial runs only from its own button, so it is never used by accident.
- Newer L3210 and L3250 printers whose serial number contains a letter are recognised straight away, instead of being scanned again on every check.
- When a printer does not answer, the tool now explains what to do: cancel print jobs, switch the printer off for 10 seconds, switch it on, and try another USB cable if needed.
- When a printer has just been switched on, the tool keeps looking for it a little longer while it finishes starting up.
