A workflow your customers will trust

  1. Read the counter for free before quoting.
  2. If the printer uses a maintenance box, tell the customer: a reset cannot help, a new box will.
  3. Reset, then switch the printer off and on.
  4. Check the pads. Offer washing, new pads or an external waste tank when they are soaked.
